Kentucky Wonder Pole

 

An old heirloom variety that has been used for decades in home gardens and in developing countries around the world.

Kentucky Wonder Pole produces a large amount of oval beans up to 20cm long. The pods are light green with a string. The beans are best eaten when young, as the seed develops quickly.

In Australia, this variety is only suited to home gardeners.

The seed is brown and the flowers are coloured. Seed of Kentucky Wonder Pole is only available untreated.
