Oregon Giant

 

Oregon Giant is Australia's most popular snow pea for professional growers.

The plant grows between 1m to 1.3m tall, and produces an abundance of large sweet snow pea pods. The pods can grow to 13cm long and 2.8cm wide and mature in around 65 days.

Oregon Giant is the most widely accepted variety in the produce markets.

The plants are powdery mildew tolerant and are suited to all areas of Australia.

Our snow pea trellis is designed to work with Oregon Giant, and helps maximise yields by supporting the plant, allowing air movement to reduce the risk of disease, allowing the pods to hang, and reduces damage to the plant during picking.
